Staff were charming, room was beautiful and elegant on a bottom floor.

Its breakfast definitely should have been included.

Ideal position along with decent staff are the reasons we liked this ideal hotel.

The rooms turned out to be contemporary and simply decorated with king bed as well as the bathroom.

It is attractive venue in a fantastic location near restaurants and shops, the services it offers are great.

Totally recommended for shopping. This is a wonderful old hotel with the best possible location and professional staff.

Such a really really nice stay at the hotel. The venue is fairly clean, with decent personal, and offers beautiful location short walk to restaurants, the back wall.

It had brilliant location only a short distance to Chicago Water Tower. A great selection of food options close to the venue.

Everything is great, I loved it. The staff is efficient here, the services are good, and location is perfect next to centre, Navy pier and Northwest hospital. Magnificent Mile district is worth seeing.

Affable staff, functional room, in general I liked this appealing hotel. Its location was central, a short walk to Michigan Avenue. Savoury breakfast combined with superb service.

Fairly clean accommodation, compact rooms and unbeatable location. Extremely comfy beds, a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and an ironing set were a nice touch.

The whole place was clean, I loved it, and had very good staff and location. Positioned in the quiet area, really close to a bus stop, Michigan Avenue, the shops.

Location was peaceful, rooms were great value and I loved helpful staff. Good service within 16 miles of the airport. The pool was lovely and I had alcoholic drinks in the lobby bar. There were complimentary internet and easy parking available. It was a very peaceful experience in a magnificent hotel🙂😃👍

Flawless staff, unbelievable view, good hot breakfast. Adjacent to the sandy beach. We ate in the wonderful restaurant which was well priced. Gorgeous location, great prices.

Perfectly PLEASANT stay in a popular hotel. Prime location, recently refurbished rooms, continental breakfast available. The in-house restaurant was terrific, superb service. The lobby bar in the property had lots of cool tea and smoothies throughout the day.

Breakfast was adequate, check in was quick. Staff was willing to help and the view was excellent. I loved the casual restaurant. It was set right at bars and restaurants. Had free soft drinks in the main bar. This was a truly memorable stay, good prices.

My experience at this iconic hotel was exceptional. Extremely clean property, I loved okay location and service. Found in a fairly good area. Also, michigan avenue was easy walk to the property. Breakfast had lots of options, including fresh fruit, coffee, pastries, meats and hot waffles.

I loved that the reception was elegant. My room was both long and cheap. The service was all in all impeccable.

Communication was challenging, wi-fi connection was slow.

Large rooms. Extremely comfy bed. Close proximity to the magnificent mile and other tourist sites. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Magnificent Mile district;)))
